Hi,

There is no root password because it's a ubuntu server, so it's with sudo.

You can go root by :
sudo su -
and even set a root password if you want the root account :
passwd (when root).

I'm also with a azerty keyboard, but I simply use a ssh connexion to
the VM so I do not use the us keys in the VM.
