Hi, I packaged Shinken 0.2.1 for Ubuntu Lucid 10.04 LTS, you can grab the packages from my ppa on launchpad :
https://launchpad.net/~mjeanson/+archive/ppa It's a very early effort and there are some rough edges but they install and the daemons run. I've spitted it in seven packages : shinken-common : Config files, working dirs, help, etc python-shinken : The python library shinken-arbiter : daemon and initscript shinken-broker : daemon and initscript shinken-poller : daemon and initscript shinken-reactionner : daemon and initscript shinken-scheduler : daemon and initscript What I'm planning to do next : * Add a metapackage to install everything * Add Recommends for optional python modules like mysql * Look at the logging system (logrotate, etc) Comments are very welcome.
