Before returning to the Thruk code, I was in good mood, so I commit the
downtime for contact code :)

Now you can send 2 new external commands :
SCHEDULE_CONTACT_DOWNTIME;test_contact;start;end;author;long comment
DEL_CONTACT_DWINTIME;id
Start and end are unix time. This will raise log entry for start and end on
the downtime, as the DEL command, like for hosts and services.
So now all major 0.5 features are ready. Need to solve other tickets and
update the documentation. But before, some Thruk code for problems and
impacts print on the host and service pages :)
