My untested Idea is to put plugins into namespace packages below
shinken.plugin. One for each plugin. This would allow to bundle then in
other "meta packages" as requires.

Eg.
shinken.plugins.linux-local   # perform local checks
shinken.plugins.linux-remote-ssh  # login via ssh
shinken.plugins.linux-remote-nrpe  # comminicate via nrpe
shinken.plugins.win32-local   # perform checks
shinken.plugins.win32-remote-wmi  #

So a untested idea. And nothing to implement soon.
