I don't know how to delete Pyro in a clean way. A raw way is to just delete
the /usr/lib/python2.4/site-
packages/Pyro/ directory (it's just a lib, so a simple directory).

For the 3.12 download, it's not easy to get previous verion in pypi, but
this link seems to work :
http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/P/Pyro/Pyro-3.12.tar.gz
