I personally believe, they are upset about the 
licence change for multiple 
reasons.

1. yes i agree harassment is a key motivation

2. Also to consider, the code such innovative quality
that Nagios Enterprise is highly considering using it 
in their product.  If its AGPL they won;t be able to 
do that, in the manner they would like.


I also got a message for Ethan, 
Commercialization for Nagios has been a bad thing, 
and has kept the core stagnant.  FOSS is hurt by commercialization 
if it is a community project.  The only FOSS that should ever consider 
commercializing is software developed by a company 
that doesn't need/want community development.
