This script is using setup.py, so if the version in the setup.py file was
not changed (like I forgot), old files in this directory were not changed.
David wrote an install script in contrib that should not fall in this trap,
I think it can become a good "default" installer in the future because in
the end, the setuptools are not so easy and powerful to manage. We just want
to install a lib (so copy a directory...) with some directory rights and
some configuration files. And the setup.py is just too hard and long to
manage such (easy) thing. We should find another way, and I think the
David's script is a good solution.
