Hi, so something like the discussion-pages on wikipedia, but not as a secondary page for every article, but _one_ global page? Who shpould use this page? Wiki authors to discuss technical details? Or visitors to leave a note if they didn't understand something? If the latter is desired, i would also propose to add a footer on each wiki page like: "if the information on this page was not clear to you and you have suggestions, please leave a note at <discussion-page>"
