Hi,
The first log version was designed to be very simple, and didn't have to be
advanced (like filtering thing). But with the need of more things in this
part of code, it became more complex.
If we can simplify it why not, but without adding some magic things or
changing the behavior (some calls must still be able to directly write a
text, without presets or formating things) and of course manage the
"whatever"-> UTF8 thing (and we already saw a lot of "whatever" in the past
that make the log module crash :p ).
