In fact I fix this issue!! :)

I did this : sudo apt-get install libsnmp-dev and I add the third line
in etc/snmp/snmpd.conf. I am not sure the two elements are linked, but now
it works.

I have still an error with the pnp4nagios for the graph, the graphs don't
print (I have installed pnp4nagios and I have the module PNP_UI in
shinken-specific.cfg)
