Ok, yes, it's fixed. I was updating from my own repo ....... :-(
Now all is working fine for me. I will finish the windows scripted installation
to submit a pull from my repo.
It also validate the bug Issue #681 is solved on a fresh install of the devel
branch (also on the 1.4 RC)
