As we are getting more and more spam accounts in the forum, I'm adding a
cleaning cron entry in the forum app : 0 posts accounts will be
automatically removed after 3 days :)

Ps: I don't know why, but theses accounts don't post threads, so the
posts=0 filter is working quite well :)
