In fact the rule I propose is "the first to talk win", and in fact sources
are just modules, so we got an order. For example we can have a cfg file
source as module, and if put first we will have:
cfg > skonf > import modules like CMDB
That's the easiest I think. Then we can define a real weight parameter, but
if we can also avoid it, it's better :)
