Hello Shinken developpers,

For a specific need we are thinking to reduce the interval length,
because we need to check every few seconds or so.

The doc says that changing the value to 1sec is not a good idea :
https://shinken.readthedocs.org/en/latest/03_configuration/configmain-advanced.html#configuration-configmain-advanced-interval-length

But if I change this value to a few seconds, this is not handy for the
rest of the configuration, because all other values (check_interval...)
cannot be written in minutes or seconds, but in "interval_length".

So my questions :
  * Has anybody tried to reduce interval_length to values of a few seconds ?
  * Is the warning in the doc still up to date ?
  * Is it feasible to improve/modify Shinken to accept 1s
interval_length or not (in that case we will be willing to contribute) ?

Thanks in advance !
Marc
