I can't apply this patch successfully via IntelliJ or via Tortoise SVN.
I placed the file directly in the trunk directory (peer to the root pom.xml).
In Windows Explorer, I right clicked it, chose Tortoise SVN > Apply Patch...
and nothing showed in the UI that came up. Any ideas?
