Hey all Shiro lovers, just checking if any of you are still limited to running on 1.5 jre? Sun end-of-lifed their support for 1.5 last November (see http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp). Currently we compile on 1.5 but we have a new aspectj module coming up that might require 1.6. The simplest option for Shiro is to compile everything in 1.6 and certainly there are other options but before we do anything more complicated, I wanted to check if sticking with 1.5 is worth it.
