Since this release is looking pretty good and things are finally starting to get more stable, it's a good time to unveil the roadmap.
Shoes will not have a 1.0. It will continue to go by its revision numbers (0.r371 being the latest.) The only way the major number will change is if everything is scrapped and Shoes is rewritten. All major releases will be named. Here are the next three: * Curious (January 2008) The current release with a few bug fixes. * Murder (April 2008) Real multiple window support. Some basic menus. An `audio` object. The `image` block syntax. * Feinstein (May 2008) Shy installer/builder. Completion of the manual. _why
