build r408 on OS X (Leopard)

Hi,

When trying to build the latest version of Shoes (r408) I ran into the  
following error:

./shoes/ruby.h:26: error: 'cWindow' redeclared as different kind of  
symbol
/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Frameworks/ 
AE.framework/Headers/AERegistry.h:108: error: previous definition of  
'cWindow' was here

So, I went back a few versions and it seems the build runs fine until  
r402.

Any ideas? It's not blocking in any way, I'm just trying to keep up ;)
