Try moving the gsl lib directory to the lib directory of shoes.

Thanks ! I will try that.

I have just discovered a previous mail on the list regarding C 
extensions : maybe my rb_gsl.bundle is linked against the "system" 
ruby, and I will have to build shoes from source with gsl support.
