A groovy horizontal rect, with a spritely V on top, over a fuzzy drop shadow,
and some motion{} effect to make the V draggable within its clipped area...
Then if the user-programmer wants to make the === snake around and follow a
spline, they just add that to the ruby code. Instead of cracking open whatever
slider we coded in C!
The other axis of extensibility should be a system to register controls you
simply can't live without - such as the WIN32 TreeView - and then plug-and-play
them without coding their individual particulars in C.
