(7.10), 32 bit,
Ruby 1.8.6, and I am having problems starting any Shoes application from
ShoeBox I tried so far :(twittershoes/translator etc...) with this error:
uninitialized constant Gem::Ext
I do require rubygems though.
What's going wrong here ?

Update to the latest Rubygems, compile shoes ur self from git, and it
will work.
