scrolling problems

Sorry for bumping this thing up again, but only way to scroll contents
in a window in shoes is to, click on the scrollbar and move with the
mouse. Mouse wheel or keyboard, doesn't work. Am i correct to conclude
that, _why is aware of this and matter will get due consideration in
due time?
