relative loading annoys terminal users

Okay, sure, shoes `pwd`/somefile.rb, great, that's confusing. How  
about shoes looks for the supplied file in the current directory,  
instead of needing full paths? Credit goes to leachim6 on irc for  
bumping in to this annoyance.
