It's a thing you can use to find duplicate files in a directory, kind
of like the unix utility "fdupes", but with an algorithm stolen from
this smart guy:

Having found the dupes you can save a copy of them as yaml.
I missed ShoesFest but wanted to contribute this, as an apology for
missing it.
Anybody want to check it out, and offer suggestions as to ways to
pretty it up? Make it less hideous, more user-friendly and fun?
