It's kind of a hack and probably not really the solution you're
looking for, but if you happen to use Linux, you can -- in lieu of
proper fullscreen support in Shoes -- either tell your window manager
to use a specific keybinding to make a window fullscreen, or (if
you're using Gnome) you can install an application called Devilspie,
which can perform actions on windows as they're created, and tell that
to make sure the Shoes window becomes fullscreen.
