making a screensaver from shoes?

[pardon me if this has been covered before AND if there's an archive  
of past e-mails to the list.]

Is it possible to make Shoes behave like a screensaver, i.e. the  
window always rides behind others and (optionally) includes  
transparency (so you can see some of the desktop behind it)?

It strikes me that (a) this would be really OS dependent and (b) it  
would be a cool feature anyway.
