Dear sir/maam' I am interested in using string kernel. Shogun has many kinds of string kernel implemented. But I could not find a well organized document of how to use. In examples, most of them use DNA feature and with same length strings. I want to use string kernel for normal strings with different length. Can you give me your suggestion how can I use it or a clear example.
