[shogun] Why do tests undergo SIGGEV

This is regarding PR #4168.
Travis fails with Segmentation Fault while running unit-SGObject test.
Locally, all the tests pass. I have run unit-SGObject also numerous times.
If I could know why these tests undergo SIGGEV, it would be great. I am
looking forward to doing more GSoC entrance tasks. and If I could get a
solution to this issue, I would be able to focus on other tasks, it would
be great.
