Thanks for your reply, it is very helpful. Since I submitted the application very late, there was no time for anybody to review it. Hence, could I receive some feedback on it now, so that I know what to work on before the projects are announced? So far I'm working on implementing basic RNN functionality. I learned about GSoC too late to make a significant contribution on time, but I provided some sample code and small proof of concept with the application. the idea was that you have PRs merged prior your application, but it’s fine as well if you get couple of them merged in the next one week or so. important is that you have PRs merged, thus it is clear for us that you understand the basic dev cycle of the project.
