IterativeMachine: The IterativeMachine class as a Mixin and a use case of it in perceptron along with a test. Meta Examples: Converter factory and meta example along with a cookbook for Diffusion maps. Benchmark: benchmark to compare the overhead of using "put" to update member data in a Perceptron.
