Hi all, I have some time off, and I'm looking for a project to pick up. I enjoyed playing with swig last year, and I think a fun project would be to bring back the R bindings. So I will spend this week and maybe the next understanding how their R module works, and hopefully fix the problem with shared_ptr <https://github.com/swig/swig/issues/1660> to eventually bring the bindings up and working again. I want to make sure that this is something you're interested in.
