Hi there,

I've been hitting my X-12's for the last five or so years and have come
to the point where I can pretty much work the ball at will so I decided
to build myself a set of the 1030's. I got the full set 3 thru SW and
built them with Rifle flighted 6.0's. I matched them to MOI. (Because
I'm a hobbyist, I had to pull a boneheaded move and cut the 6 iron the
length of the 7 iron).

Appearance wise they are top notch (even more so if you acetone the blue
logo off the back of the blade... doh. What's done to one should be
done to all the others. ;) Since I've never had a set of
chrome/polished blades like this before, I can't compare how they hold
up, but I am noticing a lot of nick marks on them. I guess if you used
those iron covers on them they would fare much better.

Feel wise they are great. Hitting it in the sweet spot feels much
better than my X-12's. However, the three iron is downright scary. My
X-12 3 iron looks more like a PW compared to the 1030 3 iron.

Let me know if you have any other questions...
