I have page 4 downloaded and I would be glad to
send it to you ,if you can tell me how to cut and paste a single page from
Adobe. I think .PDF must mean Pretty Damn Frustrating.

I just got done printing one page at a time, that
was the only way I could do it. Can anyone tell me if there is a page
#4? If so, could someone send it to me please. It's somewhere between
Cleveland and Cobra.

Tried that too! Didn't work! Got half the title
bar and the next page is just a mess of letters and symbol with a message
that the printer is out of paper. I gave up - I have lots of scratch paper
though!
The tread introduced me to some very nice people who tried to
"rescue" me. One Shoptalker faxed me a copy and another is mailing a
copy. Thanks to all. Hope I can return the favor in the
future!
