Hi All, The Sept. 7 issue of Golfweek does in fact state that Golfsmith is all set to be sold, it says that the purchase is being led by a private equity group and that a letter of intent has already been signed, and expects a deal within the next couple of months, it also says that they expect that Carl Paul and his brother Frank to remain involved in some way, and the core of current management to stay in place.
