Jen-- I have the same problem from time to time. The remedy (for me) is to concentrate on keeping a feeling of weight on my front foot...about 60/40..during my backswing. I have a definite tendency to shift my weight to my back foot and keep it there. The other tip you received about keeping your weight on the inside of your back foot is also a good approach.
Since I moved to Canada in '74 I've learned that beavertails are a worthy confection off the golf course and a curse during a round. I've made many of both types!
