Much better than Blue-Away, less expensive is a product called Cameo Aluminum & Stainless Steel Cleaner. Made by Church and Dwight Co. Princeton, NJ Buy it in the supermarket cleaner section near Ajax, Comet, etc.Make sure you get Stainless steel/Aluminum not brass/copper cleaner. Cost about $1.79 for 10ounces of white powder (legal&cheap). Shake some on a wet rag, wipe surface PRESTO blue/brown/black heat discoloration is GONE. Don't even bring up Bar keepers friend, or Zud! Have a hard time finding this product - call 800 926-5222.
