Bob,

C, B, A, E, G, and F... probably in that order. Cleaning the head, proper abrading, and thorough mixture are the most important factors in my book.  I've tried 24hr cures from most of the company but like Golfsmith's epoxy the best. No particular reason.

With all the epoxies out there,  each Component Supplier selling a different brand. What Brand do you Professional Club makers use ? And have had no problems with. Also in your opinion what is the most critical factor in a solid bond?  (a).Proper mix ratio  (b). Thorough mixture  of parts a & b.  (c).Cleaning of heads, abrading of shafts. (d). Application.  (e).Cure time. (f).Temperature during cure. (g). Brand of epoxy.

I use Daubert, Epoweld and S.A. 2000.

Also does any one know what Karsten ( Ping) uses? They take the most heat before they break loose.

Thanks in advance.

Bob
