Outlook got to Tools then Organize, then select the Junk Mail filter and then
select For more options click here. That opens the window that you need to
modify your setting. Select Edit Junk Senders or other items that you
want to change and add or remove entries as you see fit.
Not
sure about Outlook Express, but you could go to Help and input your question
to get help.
