ShopTalk: trimmin bimatrix???

I know that you are not supposed to tip trim the bimatrix shafts but I was wondering if anybody had done it anyway and if so were there any problems.  I'd like to stiffen up a Rocket bimatrix a little bit for my own use.   Tom Janson
