Harbor Freight has refurbished RotoZip tools occasionally. They sell them for about $40. I believe I saw a knockoff (yes, there are knockoffs) of the RotoZip at Harbor Freight as well. I think they're made under the "Chicago" brand name.

Subject: ShopTalk: Rotary tool & hosel cleaner

I went to the Foredom web site and the tools look just like the one I bought on ebay but the prices are nowhere near the same. I bought the rotary tool for around $80, about the same as a highend Dremel. But it is much more powerful, made in such a way that I am convinced it will last much longer and more convenient, at least for my purposes. The tool is a basic jewelers tool according to the advertising on the ebay ad.
The Rotozip tile cutters (bits) are 1/8th shank and they are now selling for 4 for $9.99 on ebay. They are made to cut stainless steel and other materials, so they last a long time cutting away glue!
