TFlan is correct. Not much to figure out. I called Scotland
and they sent me a manual, but it didn't provide any real info.
The only problem I had initially was that I wanted to use the
left hand lie angle checker on right hand clubs. I put a reminder
piece of masking tape on the RH side. Other than that it was
a no brainer.
Scotland's web adress was www.golfgauge.com but this doesn't
seem to work today and I can't locate another through google.

What do you need to know? Contact me via private email. I've been using a
Scotland for several years. As far as I know, the only "manual" that comes
with the machine is the assembly manual. Operation of the machine is
straightforward and easy.

Subject: ShopTalk: Info about Scotland L&L machine
Hi all,
a good friend of mine and fellow hobbyist clubmaker had been able to put
his hands on a Scotland L&L machine, about 10 years old.
There is no manual with the machine, and he (and I!) would be interested
in any material or info you could spare about the thing, or any pointer to
online resources.
Many thanks in advance.
Ciao,
Marcello
