The literature I've seen indicates that 2.0.15 supports W2K. Since W2K and XP share virtually their entire codebase, I'd guess it will work fine.

Most problems seem to occur when running XP-specific software on W2K. Usually, the problem is in how the interface is handled. Shouldn't be a problem going the other way.
