TEXAS COURT RULES in Philip Talamonti versus SST & Richard Weiss
Very interesting!
In the same vain one must read the patent Gibson-Weiss holds for their shaft extractor. Seems every other extractor is in violation of their patent.
I am going to patent a device to transport merchandise and people which rolls on two of more wheels, pneumatic or other, on a suspended (hydraulic, spring or other),deriving its propulsion from petroleum, electric, atmospheric gases, solar, steam or other, with an energy transfer system either mechanical, hydraulic, magnetic or other, a friction stopping mechanism consisting of mechanical or hydraulic components with a selective directional operating system (hydraulic or mechanical) allowing the operator a full range of forward directional choices, this conveyance will be operable at any time of day or night through onboard illumination systems utilizing any power source and offering reliability and safety for operator, passengers and cargo.
Once this patent is secured, my attorney assures me that we can sue every manufacturer of similar devices in the world for billions in damages!
Get ready General Motors, Ford, Diamler-Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Volkswagen, Kia, and all others.
Ciao Weis et al
