A couple of folks have already mentioned Hireko's 948c metalwoods. They are a venerable old model that Hireko has been selling for about 10 years. And I mean that in a GOOD way! :-)

It's a solid design that they have in two lofts of driver and woods numbered 2,3,4,5,7,9,11,13,15. The only ones that are omitted for lefties are the 2- and 4-woods. They are cheap ($13), effective, and generally meet their specs.

I played once with a guy who had the full set. I remember both of us side by side about 90 yards from the green. I hit a nice high sand wedge at the middle of the green that landed softly and stayed. Then he hit his 15-wood with much the same trajectory and much the same result.

Hope this helps.

John,

I recently went on a search for a man's left-handed 11-Wood. I found
one at Hireko. They also have a 13-Wood. You could put her in it if
the 11 specs aren't what she needs.
