Get the free program "X-setup" from

http://www.xteq.com/products/xset/index.html

The program allows you to delete any of those lines you want.

Run the program (use the default UI for power users).

You will see a windows explorer type window. Negotiate to
StartupShutdown, Startup, Win9xME (or WinNT2kXP), Autorun sections.

Your startup programs will be listed there. Just highlight the one
you want and click delete. Done.

Also helpful is if you highlight the entry you can get the full file
path of the item which helps to decipher what program put the entry
there. (As an example my startup had a new entry called EM_EXEC. I
thought it might be spyware or a trojan. But I looked it up in
X-setup and it turned out to be the driver for a new optical mouse I
just installed. (WHY DON"T THEY NAME THIS STUFF WITH A MORE
APPROPRIATE NAME????????)

The program also allows you to change a WHOLE LOT of other windows
stuff without editing the registry. This a great program to tweak
windows just the way you like it.

Hope this helps. If you have any questions, let me know.
