Jen,

I use a lot of Graman TP440 wood shafts. IMO, they are as well made as
ProLite 35s (also Graman's claim), feel better and cost less. The A-flex
works well for my better senior women players. I've built one set of irons
with the TP440 R shafts and felt they were a little on the light side...my
hands seem to go too fast with weight under 85 grams. Lately, I've had
mostly Type 1 in the Graman graphite wood shafts, which is both unusual and
easy to align. They do have spines and the spines have not been aligned with
shaft graphics.
