Well
having one for around $60-70.00 isn't too much for me especially if it really
does improve my game. For Pete's sake, what I've shelled
out
for drivers before was rediculous. It's amazing to me that people continue to
pay these prices. I guess it is that much more beneficial to the club
builder who can make a well built set according to what is the best
fit for the customer and perhaps get 60-80% of the price for oem's if not
more.
I am
very curious about this... Do many of you guys actually make enough $ to do this
full time instead of just an obsession:)?

Subject: RE: Utility heads was ShopTalk: Two Ball Puttersretail for head only is $35.50, Quick Strike graphite shaft (it's a .335 hosel) is $23.75. Yeah, the markup is kinda high, but that way they don't compete so much with us clubmakers....I'm in Houston....sorry.Royce-----Original Message-----

Subject: RE: Utility heads was ShopTalk: Two Ball PuttersYeah thanks,I got on Golfsmith and was looking at it. They really like that club don't they? $149? I will probably call them to get a price ona head only. I'm assuming that price is assembled since there are dropdowns for shaft flex, etc. That sounds like the right amountof offset for my taste. Thanks again.PS. Any of you guys work out of middle Tennessee?(Nashville area)Mark Linder-----Original Message-----

Subject: RE: Utility heads was ShopTalk: Two Ball PuttersFace progression is about 7/16" (leading edge ahead of hosel centerline), so very little offset. Top edge of the face is about 1/8" behind the hosel cl on the 26*. Nothing like a Bang Maxwell Curve....Royce-----Original Message-----

I'm looking for a good copy of the two ball putter. I've been using the Hireko 4 ball but it's too heavy for most golfers although I've had good success with it as a belly putter. Suggestions anyone?ThanksGraham
