That's interesting. It doesn't smell like any naptha I've ever used. It smells like unleaded gasoline without the additives. In fact, it smells a lot like the "white gas" companies like Amoco used to pump many years ago. And it doesn't dry anywhere near as fast as does naptha, which dissipates really fast. I guess that's why naptha used to be the solvent of choice among "dry cleaners." Judiciously applied, it dried quickly, left no odor, and left no appreciable stains, or rings.
 
So, it may not be gasoline, but it sure ain't naptha.
