I just want to second Dave T here, I went from a Jackaroo (Rescue style
) to a Hypersteel by the same reason, and for me at least the
hypersteel sets up so nice and square.

So - I'm looking for recommendations for a replacement to this head.
It
doesn't need to necessarily be in the model of the Rough Rider/Tight

and truly sets up square. Anybody know if Dynacraft's Hypersteel
heads
fit the bill?
FWIW, I use irons that have relatively minimal offset for sort of the
same reasons - they set up more squarely for me.
I find that offset in utility clubs tends to be more of a hook-inducer
than in irons for me. And most utility clubs have offset. The
Hypersteel does have a lot less than most; you should try it.
I remember a recent round I played with an 18* Rescue (with quite a
bit of offset) and a 22* Hypersteel (with very little, if any). Apart
from the loft (and thus distance) difference, my usual decision which
to use depended on whether I could afford (or maybe even wanted) a
hook or a slice. I'm generally not good enough to intentionally work
the ball, but that day I hit two intentional fades from trouble with
the Hypersteel and one intentional draw with the Rescue.
Hope this helps.
