It's winter here in Sydney and whilst not the scary temperatures some of you have mentioned (we can still play golf 365 days a year here !!) it drops down to almost freezing nightly.

So when assembling clubs in the evening I've found the epoxy is VERY hard to squeeze out of the bottle. To combat this I've been using warm water (straight out of my hot tap) - not boiling - in a container and placing the sealed epoxy bottles in the warm water for 5 mins before squeezing it out. This makes it super easy to squeeze and assists brings the epoxy up to a better temperature for setting.

BTW - I use a heater box (not the Arnie design but similar with a small oil column heater that has a thermostat and timer) to "dry" the epoxy for approx 2 hours in these conditions.

Anyway - my question is will heating the bottle of epoxy up and letting it cool back down numerous times (well perhaps 10 or so and I need a new bottle anyway) have detriment to the bond or epoxy ??

TIA,
Ben...
